Cespa y Saisa se instalan en el Puerto de Bilbao

Las empresas Cespa Gestión de Residuos y Saisa Port se han instalado en el Puerto de Bilbao; en concreto, en el muelle AZ-1 de la ampliación en el Abra exterior.

Cespa Gestión de Residuos ocupará 7000 metros cuadrados para la creación de una planta de tratamiento de residuos industriales, en una operación en la que invertirá 1,4 millones de euros. La firma prevé iniciar su actividad a lo largo del año que viene, con una estimación de un tráfico anual de 30 000 toneladas.

Por su parte, Saisa ocupará una superficie de 3400 metros cuadrados para el almacenamiento y distribución de graneles sólidos, principalmente carbonato y bicarbonato sódico. El proyecto contempla la construcción de un almacén de 2800 metros cuadrados de superficie construida, con capacidad para un máximo de 16 000 toneladas y una altura de fachada de 10,13 metros.

Además, la terminal contará con un silo exterior para la carga de camiones cisterna y una báscula para pesaje de camiones. La inversión total, incluyendo el equipamiento de la nave e instalaciones secundarias, se situará sobre los 1,3 millones de euros. El tráfico inicial será de 32 000 toneladas. Las obras tienen un plazo de ejecución de siete meses.

Con la aprobación de la concesión, y los proyectos ya en marcha aprobados recientemente, el Puerto de Bilbao tiene una ocupación que roza el 83%.
