Los puertos españoles movieron 246 millones de toneladas con Europa

BrealBulkEurope, la feria más importante en carga a granel, logística de carga de proyectos y ro-ro de Europa

Europa es, sin duda, el principal mercado de España. Así, de los 563 millones de toneladas movidas en los puertos españoles en 2018, récord histórico, cerca del 44%, es decir 246 millones de toneladas tuvieron como origen/destino algún país del continente europeo. Esa intensa relación comercial se refleja en la importante y nutrida presencia de nuestros puertos en uno de los principales eventos del sector, la feria BreakBulk que se celebra entre el 21 y el 23 de mayo en la ciudad alemana de Bremen.

En 2018, por los puertos españoles se movieron más de 102 millones de toneladas de graneles sólidos, 181 millones de toneladas de graneles líquidos, 76 millones de toneladas mercancía general convencional,191 millones de toneladas en contenedores, 62 millones de toneladas de tráficos ro-ro, en definitiva nuestros puertos pueden atender cualquier tipo de mercancía y ofrecer soluciones logísticas a sus usuarios.

Los puertos españoles reciben cada vez más encargos para el transporte de lo que se ha dado en llamar “cargas de proyecto” es decir mercancías de dimensiones fuera de los tamaños y pesos habituales que forman parte de grandes estructuras que deben ser manipuladas en amplios espacios, con grúas especiales y personal altamente cualificado. Además, los propios puertos se encargan de organizar y coordinar todos los transportes que participan en la cadena logística.

Con más de 62.7 kilómetros lineales de muelles dedicados a graneles, 17.3 kilómetros dedicados a tráfico ro-ro, y 36.3 kilómetros multiusos, y atendidos por más de 200 grúas, la oferta del sistema portuario español, principal plataforma del Sur de Europa, se convierte en una de las principales novedades de esta feria.

Coordinadas por Puertos del Estado, en el stand de “Ports of Spain”, 15 Autoridades Portuarias, que representan más del 70% de los tráficos portuarios nacionales, se darán cita en Bremen: A Coruña, Avilés, Bahía de Algeciras, Bahía de Cádiz, Cartagena, Castellón, Gijón, Huelva, Las Palmas, Santander, Sta. Cruz de Tenerife, Sevilla, Tarragona, Valencia y Vigo, junto con los grupos empresariales Nogar, Suardíaz y Ership. Todos ellos con un objetivo común, ofrecer a los usuarios instalaciones y servicios de primera calidad, competitivos, capaces de manipular cualquier tipo de mercancía, con cualquier origen/destino, e interconectados con las principales Redes de Transporte Transeuropeas, y en la encrucijada de las principales tutas marítimas mundiales.

BrealBulkEurope, la feria más importante en carga a granel, logística de carga de proyectos y ro-ro de Europa, permite a transitarios, terminalistas, transportistas marítimos especializados, puertos, proveedores logísticos, etc., mostrar a los más de 7.000 asistentes las posibilidades manipular y transportar cualquier tipo de mercancía.
