Grupo Miguel Vergara promociona el vacuno en Asia

Grupo Miguel Vergara estará presente en la 18Asia´sLeadingFood&HospitalityTradeshow (HOFEX) en Hong Kong, China.

Grupo Miguel Vergara sigue trabajando en su expansión internacional y vuelve a poner especial foco en el mercado asiático. Así, la empresa cárnica estará presente, desde el día 7 y hasta el día 10 de mayo, en la 18Asia´sLeadingFood&HospitalityTradeshow (HOFEX) en Hong Kong, China. Se trata una de las ferias bianuales más importantes del sector de la alimentación y bebidas de la región y en ella la marca vallisoletana asiste con espacio propio dentro de un stand agrupado de empresas agroalimentarias españolas.

“El mercado asiático resulta clave para empresas como la nuestra que cuentan con producto de altísima calidad como en nuestro caso es la carne de Angus”, explica el director de exportación del Grupo, Raúl Delgado, quien añade: “el consumidor asiático conoce y valora la calidad de la carne de vacuno y, por eso, Hofex es una cita que no podemos perdernos”.

En la actualidad la cifra de exportación de la empresa castellano-leonesa supone el 30% del volumen total de facturación de la compañía (43.5 millones de Euros en 2018), estando presentes Portugal, Italia, Francia, Reino Unidos, Hong Kong o Angola. La intención de la firma es que para 2030 la exportación pase a suponer el 70% del negocio.
