El tren Yiwu-Madrid se consolida aumentando las oportunidades para el comercio de las Pymes españolas con China

Desde su lanzamiento en noviembre de 2014 la línea se está consolidando como una alternativa a los otros medios de transporte de mercancías entre España y China.

La consolidación de la línea de tren Yiwu-Madrid ofrece grandes oportunidades a las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes) españolas para comerciar con sus productos en China, explicó a Xinhua la asesora de Comunicación de la Secretaría de Estado de Comercio del Ministerio de Economía de España, Esther Barranco.

«El tren Yiwu-Madrid representa una oportunidad para las (Pymes) españolas para introducir sus productos en el mercado chino. En este sentido, los empresarios españoles lo valoran positivamente porque es una alternativa más para ampliar las operaciones de exportación a China», comentó.

La línea férrea entre Yiwu, en la provincia oriental china de Zhejiang, y la capital española se enmarca dentro de la iniciativa china de la Franja y la Ruta, recorre más de 13.000 kilómetros y comenzó a operar en 2014.

Desde entonces, según Barranco, su evolución ha sido lenta pero segura y se ha convertido en una opción «clave para la internacionalización de las empresas, la apertura de nuevos mercados de interés y para potenciar las exportaciones hacia Asia y, especialmente, China».

«La iniciativa del tren de Yiwu es muy importante para España en un doble sentido: potencia el comercio bilateral entre ambos países y es un proyecto integrado en la iniciativa de la Nueva Ruta de la Seda (la Franja y la Ruta)», afirmó la asesora del Ministerio de Economía.

Actualmente salen dos trenes por semana sentido Yiwu-Madrid y uno en sentido contrario, con disparidad igualmente en la longitud de los convoyes.

La utilización del trayecto ha afrontado los problemas propios de una línea que atraviesa ocho países (China, Kazajistán, Rusia, Bielorrusia, Polonia, Alemania, Francia y España): cambios en el ancho de las vías, diferentes condiciones salariales en los conductores y otros trabajadores, o las diferentes características inherentes a cada país. Sin embargo, señaló Barranco, su utilización va en aumento y ya se están tomando las medidas necesarias para subsanar los problemas y mejorar los trenes.
