CESCE entra en el programa Promociona de CEOE

Un programa cuya misión es impulsar las competencias y capacidad de liderazgo de las mujeres para que puedan llegar a puestos de dirección de las empresas.

CESCE Seguros de Crédito se ha incorporado al proyecto Promociona que promueve CEOE junto con el Ministerio de Sanidad, Servicios Sociales e Igualdad. Un programa cuya misión es impulsar las competencias y capacidad de liderazgo de las mujeres para que puedan llegar a puestos de dirección de las empresas.

La iniciativa, puesta en marcha por la Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE), cuenta en su V edición con la participación de Carolina Andérez, Jefe de Unidad de Asesoría Jurídica Cuenta del Estado de CESCE. Las participantes de otras empresas podrán acceder a actividades como el asesoramiento individualizado con mentores del más alto nivel, sesiones de coaching ejecutivo o un programa académico de alta dirección en ESADE, entre otras.

De esta forma, el proyecto pretende ayudar a las participantes a alcanzar sus metas profesionales y que puedan convertirse en modelos de liderazgos influyentes e inspiradores, que impulsen el cambio dentro y fuera de sus organizaciones.

El proyecto Promociona ha contado durante las cinco ediciones celebradas con un total de 437 participantes, de las que un 43 por ciento han sido ya promocionadas en sus empresas.

Empresa pionera en el desarrollo de iniciativas de promoción de la mujer y en favor de la igualdad, CESCE ha formalizado su adhesión al proyecto «Más Mujeres. Mejores Empresas», cuyo objetivo es avanzar en el compromiso de igualdad entre hombres y mujeres y, a nivel interno, firmó recientemente el II Plan de Igualdad, con participación de la dirección, los empleados y la representación de los trabajadores.
