Madrid Network organizó en el mes de diciembre un taller sobre instrumento Pyme de Horizonte 2020 con el objetivo de explicar a sus asociados la evolución y principales novedades para el periodo 2018-2020, al que asistieron más de 40 empresas.

Esther Casado, punto de contacto de la red nacional de CDTI fue la encargada de impartir este taller. Esta financiación en la Fase 1 del instrumento, implica que cada empresa recibirá 50.000 euros para afrontar un estudio de viabilidad para productos innovadores que puedan ser disruptivos en el mercado. Las empresas también reciben servicios de apoyo y tres días de coaching empresarial gratuitos. En la Fase 2 las ayudas para empresas van desde los 500.000 a los 2,5 millones de euros, aproximadamente. Así mismo, Casado informó sobre las principales novedades de 2018 que se centran en dos puntos.

La primera se centra en la desaparición de las temáticas o topics en las que se organiza el Instrumento Pyme. “Esto supone que, a partir de enero, cualquier proyecto de cualquier ámbito es elegible para su evaluación. Antes, era necesario que los proyectos estuvieran enmarcados en una temática y no todos podían hacerlo.

Dentro de la fase 2, las modificaciones atañen a la nota mínima para ser financiado el proyecto, que se eleva de 12 a 13 puntos de un total de 15. “Los proyectos preseleccionados para su financiación deberán realizar una presentación de los mismos en Bruselas ante un panel de inversores, contestando a preguntas sobre el proyecto y las actividades a realizar. De estas entrevistas, saldrán finalmente los proyectos financiados.

La responsable de Desarrollo de Negocio de Madrid Network, Gema Sanz destacó lo importante que es esta herramienta para el tejido empresarial español con más de un 90% de pymes. Esto ha permitido que muchas empresas puedan obtener financiación para sus iniciativas empresariales.
