ICEX organiza la semana de la contratación pública de infraestructuras

Desde hoy hasta el miércoles, los consejeros de 15 oficinas comerciales van a impartir distintos seminarios para mostrar a la empresa española mercados de oportunidad.

Estos seminarios configuran la semana de la contratación pública de infraestructuras, que va a tener lugar de forma simultánea en ocho ciudades españolas. Así, los empresarios van poder recibir información de primera mano sobre este tipo de proyectos en distintos mercados. Se trata de un esfuerzo de ICEX en colaboración con la red de direcciones territoriales y provinciales de Comercio por concentrar, tanto en el tiempo como en el espacio, la difusión de las nuevas oportunidades que están surgiendo en este ámbito y que captan en primera instancia las oficinas económicas y comerciales de España en el exterior.

En concreto, los consejeros de Corea del Sur, Rusia y Serbia van a hablar sobre planes de inversión en ingeniería y a dar unas recomendaciones sobre formas de colaboración en construcción. Los de Colombia y Panamá, por su parte, se van a centrar en perspectivas de contratación y aspectos prácticos para participar en licitaciones. También lo hará el representante de México que además, junto al de Perú va a presentar proyectos relacionados con la gestión de los residuos sólidos.

Al mismo tiempo se van a abordar las oportunidades que brinda el sector ferroviario en países tan variopintos como Alemania, Omán y Taiwán. Sin olvidar los proyectos de infraestructuras que pueden surgir al amparo de los Fondos FEDER y los Fondos de Cohesión en Bulgaria, Eslovaquia, República Checa, Rumanía y Polonia. Por poner un ejemplo: en el periodo 2014-2020, la Unión Europea asignará más de 66.000 millones de euros al Fondo de Cohesión. Este importe incluye 10.000 millones de euros para el mecanismo denominado Conectar Europa. Los seminarios se van a desarrollar en un formato en el que, además de la asistencia a las distintas ponencias, se posibilita el coloquio entre los empresarios y los consejeros, y se intenta fomentar el networking entre los interesados.
