Tuenti Móvil crea VOZDIGITAL, su nueva propuesta de comunicación

Esta semana, Tuenti Móvil ha presentado una nueva forma de comunicación denominada VOZDIGITAL. Según Zaryn Dentzel, fundador y CEO de Tuenti, esta será la manera de comunicarse de las generaciones futuras. También añadió que se basó en la experiencia adquirida con las redes sociales para desarrollar dicho proyecto, intentando mantener ese conocimiento social de comunicación en VOZDIGITAL.

Este desarrollo tecnológico es el primero que integra los servicios de operador móvil y de app (OTT) con llamadas de voz digitales a números fijos o móviles y una tarifa integrada. Sebas Muriel, COO de la compañía, explicó que se trata de un hito en la historia de la empresa que se ha reinventado desde su nacimiento como red social hasta convertirse también en operadora móvil. ‘’Desde hoy por ejemplo, los clientes de Tuenti Móvil pueden realizar llamadas desde nuestra app a números de teléfono fijos o móviles, dentro de su tarifa, y sin necesidad de que la otra persona tenga la aplicación de Tuenti instalada, con todas sus comunicaciones integradas. Todo en un único sitio, al que pueden acceder desde su propio terminal o desde cualquier otro dispositivo fijo o móvil’’, afirma Sebas Muriel. Esta propuesta se basa en la posibilidad de realizar, sin ningún coste adicional, llamadas desde otro país a fijos o móviles en España con la tarifa de VOZDIGITAL, usando una conexión WIFI en el móvil o desde un ordenador, además de tratarse de un servicio en la nube que no depende de un terminal en concreto. Este servicio es compatible con teléfonos y tablets iOS y Android y también en web con navegadores Chrome y Opera.

Zaryn Dentzel indicó en una rueda de prensa celebrada en las oficinas de Tuenti Madrid que el modelo de operador móvil de Tuenti es un modelo de carácter global. Según Sebas Muriel, Tuenti es un operador móvil centrado en datos y social, enfocado al público que hace un uso más intensivo de internet en el móvil, los jóvenes. Aún así, añadió que la compañía quiere alejarse de una imagen de red social únicamente enfocada a teenagers, para así poder aumentar su público objetivo.

La empresa ya ha llevado sus servicios a México, y baraja diferentes países para que estos puedan adquirir dichos servicios. De esta manera, buscan integrar Tuenti en Latinoamérica: ‘’Después de México en los próximos meses se irá lanzando el servicio en otros mercados, además de ofrecer una oferta 100% digital con tarifas competitivas. Estamos en una fase inicial de lanzamiento internacional, con una primera integración básica de nuestra aplicación móvil, gestión de cuenta simplificada en la propia app, y el servicio Zerolímites. El servicio se irá desarrollando en los próximos meses y antes de final de año la experiencia del cliente va a ser mejorada con nuevos proyectos de innovación como los que hoy se presentan en España que se integrarán también en Latinoamérica”, indicó Sebas Muriel.
