El XIII Foro de ACAV se celebra el 2 de octubre

«Mirando al futuro» es el lema del foro de la Asociación catalana de agencias de viajes (ACAV) que se celebra el próximo otoño en Barcelona. Se trata de la decimotercera edición de un foro que tiene como objeto analizar la situación de las pymes dentro del sector y debatir sobre innovación e internacionalización. Es este aspecto, el de la internacionalización, el que protagoniza la primera de las sesiones, bajo el título: «Innovar e internacionalizar: claves de crecimiento», en la que participarán el presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Barcelona, Miquel Valls; el presidente del grupo Torres, Miguel Torres; el presidente de Room Mate Hotels, Kike Sarasola; y el CEO de eDreams, Javier Pérez-Tenessa. A continuación, el foro se centrará en la satisfacción del cliente y la gestión de experiencias, sesión de la que se encargará Elena Alfaro, experta en marketing experiencial. La última sesión estará dedicada a las pymes del sector turístico y su papel como motores de la economía e intervendrán José María Gay de Liébana, profesor de Economía Financiera de la Universidad de Barcelona; y de Cristina Garmendia, experta en innovación empresarial y ex ministra de Ciencia e Innovación.
