FRUIT ATTRACTION acoge el 1º Congreso Internacional sobre producción y consumo mundial de manzana “APPLE ATTRACTION”

FRUIT ATTRACTION, feria profesional del sector hortofrutícola, que se celebrará del 19 al 21 de octubre en Feria de Madrid, acogerá por primera vez y en su tercera edición, el 1º Congreso Internacional sobre producción y consumo mundial de manzana, APPLE ATTRACTION, organizado por la Editorial Eumedia y la revista italiana Fresh Point Magazine, en colaboración con Ifema y Fepex.

APPLE ATTRACTION es un foro internacional donde los profesionales de mayor prestigio del sector de la manzana expondrán su visión sobre la situación actual y las perspectivas de futuro en las áreas de consumo, comercialización y distribución, técnicas de producción e investigación y obtención de nuevas variedades.

El congreso reunirá a una amplia representación de la producción, investigación y comercialización de la manzana procedente de productores de todo el mundo. Cabe destacar que, actualmente, el mercado europeo de manzana está liderado por Italia, el cual aún mantiene una posición de liderazgo, con una producción de manzana que representa un 30% del total. Francia y Polonia se encuentran en segundo y tercer lugar y España se sitúa en cuarta posición.

En este sentido, se abordarán temas de máximo interés tales como el nuevo escenario económico y la respuesta del consumidor ante éste, el análisis del sistema productivo de la manzana en el mundo y la previsión de campaña en el hemisferio norte y sur, la producción y consumo de manzana en España, Itallia y Francia, o la percepción del consumo y las tendencias en el mercado europeo.

Los principales objetivos de este primer congreso APPLE ATTRACTION son: convertirse en el punto de encuentro de todos los eslabones que componen el sector de la manzana, así como en un foro en el que debatir los principales problemas del sector; presentar las últimas técnicas, tendencias y equipamientos del sector o intercambiar experiencias entre los diferentes actores que componen el sector de la manzana.

APPLE ATTRACTION se celebrará el 21 de octubre, coincidiendo con el último día de FRUIT ATTRACTION, feria que se ha convertido en sólo tres ediciones en el principal referente nacional para los sectores de producción, distribución y exportación de frutas y verduras.
