Icex, Sodercan y Ceoe acuerdan mejorar la formación de las empresas cántabras

Las tres entidades se comprometen a trabajar conjuntamente en el diseño y la ejecución de aquellas actividades de formación que, sobre internacionalización empresarial, se desarrollen en Cantabria.

El director general de Información e Inversiones del Instituto Español de Comercio Exterior (ICEX), Enrique Verdeguer; el secretario general de CEOE-CEPYME Cantabria, Yves Díaz de Villegas; y el apoderado de la Sociedad para el Desarrollo Regional de Cantabria (SODERCAN), José Luis Sánchez, suscribieron ayer un convenio por el que se comprometen a trabajar conjuntamente en el diseño y ejecución de las actividades de formación que sobre internacionalización empresarial se desarrollen en Cantabria. El objetivo es favorecer, así, el acceso a los mercados exteriores de las empresas españolas, en general, y de las cántabras en particular.

Este convenio, que se extiende hasta el 31 de diciembre de este año, podrá ser prorrogado -con el consentimiento de las partes- por años naturales, incorporando a la prórroga el conjunto de las acciones acordadas por los tres organismos. Asimismo, el diseño de este plan de formación promoverá la descentralización geográfica dentro de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, con el objetivo de llegar a todas las empresas de la región independientemente de su localización.

El convenio, por otro lado, recoge la creación de una Comisión de Seguimiento, integrada por seis miembros -dos representantes por cada uno de los organismos-, que se encargará, entre otras actividades, de estudiar las necesidades de formación de las empresas cántabras; establecer un calendario anual de acciones para la comunidad autónoma; evaluar las acciones de formación realizadas; y diseñar la campaña de difusión y la imagen institucional de la misma.

Finalmente, señalar que el convenio establece que cada institución tendrá plena responsabilidad en la organización de las acciones que asuma, tanto en la preparación como en la ejecución de las mismas y que, las otras dos restantes, participarán activamente en todas las actividades del calendario de formación conjunto.
